- Initial interview with your local consultant – dependent on your location this will either be face to face or an in-depth telephone interview.
- Having passed the initial interview, you will contacted by our UK Office who will provide you with a clear understanding of the positions that are available to you.
- On agreement of companies, JPA will set up initial interviews - these normally happen via the phone unless there is a representative of the company in your country – in which case you would have a face to face interview
- JPA will support you at every stage of your search for work with full guidance and briefing on the role and company prior to your interview
- Post Interview feedback and guidance throughout the process
