Selection and Screening

  • At JPA we spend time and care selecting the right graduate for the right company, which saves you from attending interviews with unsuitable companies.
  • Our candidates are found through our National Advertising, links with University Career Services, Milk Rounds, Graduate Fairs and referrals.


  • Candidates are then put through an initial telephone screening process.


  • Upon passing this screening process, the candidates are interviewed throughly face to face by one of our qualified consultants.


  • Candidates who pass the interview must have proved to us that they are ambitious, motivated, driven by success, confident, enthusiastic and professional. They must also have demonstrated an ability to communicate, negotiate, persuade and recognise opportunities at all levels. We are therefore able to ensure that our candidates are of the highest calibre.
